From order to disorder.
I explored the idea of how entropy can be deceiving to the eye using water. Most would assume that a glass of water is more in order compared to an ice cube as it neatly sits in the glass where as ice melts and changes its shape and form during the transition from ice to water. However this is not the case, in fact ice is more ordered than water as the particles in ice are frozen and do not move until entropy takes over.
